You might want to take a rod to the world class salmon and trout fishing nearby or bicycle or walk into Wanaka along the beautiful Wanaka lakeside track. Your knowledgeable hosts will be able to help you find just the right balance of activities for you. Take the time to relax in the cedar hot tub after a day hiking or skiing in the mountains around Wanaka. In the evening, enjoy the mouth-watering local fare prepared by your personal chef Tiffany Firth, who has trained at Bills2 in Sydney (one of Bill Granger's famous Sydney restaurants).
