| Description | The Ridge is a contemporary country lodge just 45 minutes north of Auckland offering seclusion, superb food and wine in luxury country lodge style hosted accommodation. The Ridge caters for a maximum of 6 guests making it possible to ensure all guests needs are personally met by the hosts, Ian and Maralyn. During your time at The Ridge, you may like to explore the historic Bohemian village of Puhoi dating back to 1863 with its museum and famous pub. Canoe the Puhoi river, enjoy bush walks in one of the local regional parks, visit bird sanctuaries, marine reserves, the vineyards on the Matakana wine trail, or simply sit back and relax in the spa to take in the sea views. |
