Our itinerary planning service is suited to those people who are looking for a comprehensive New Zealand itinerary planning service with no compromises. Our experienced New Zealand travel specialists will work with you to design a seamless itinerary tailored to your needs. This includes:
 

• Reviewing the requirements you have outlined in your itinerary enquiry form
• Calling you to discuss your forthcoming New Zealand vacation
• Providing you with unlimited travel consultation
• Booking your selection of accommodation, activities and transport
• Providing you with an electronic copy of your full itinerary prior to your departure, which includes complete driving instructions, accommodation and activity booking details, sightseeing notes for your driving route and a full list of additional activities and restaurant recommendations for each region that you visit
• Couriering a comprehensive travel pack to your first point of arrival.This includes a hard copy of your itinerary, pre-paid vouchers, accommodation, activity and regional brochures plus additional bits and pieces to enhance your New Zealand experience
• Comprehensive local support while you are travelling in New Zealand

Next steps

Once we have learned about you, your travel party, and what you want from your trip to New Zealand, we create a unique itinerary for you by recommending accommodation, activities and transport which match your requirements. We can communicate via email or we can call you to 'meet you' and discuss your forthcoming holiday. Once we have done this we will propose an itinerary which gives you the opportunity to see the parts of New Zealand that hold the most interest for you, at a pace that will suit your preferred traveling style. Of course, this will be a proposal; if necessary it can be redrafted.
 
Once we have agreed on the appropriate itinerary, we will make all the necessary arrangements and provide you with comprehensive travel documents for your vacation, as detailed above.

How much does it cost?

For this dedicated planning service we charge a flat fee of NZ$25.00 per day of your itinerary plus any other applicable miscellaneous fees as outlined below.

Fees

• Amendment fee
  NZ$20 per amendment when a confirmed booking is changed.
• Domestic flight booking fee
  $30.00 per person per flight
  $75.00 per family per flight

Cancellation fees

• If you have to cancel all or part of your holiday for any reason, the following cancellation fees are applicable for the amount cancelled: more than 30 days prior to your arrival in New Zealand, 25%; 7-30 days prior to your arrival, 40%; less than 7 days, 100%.
• Please be aware that the Itinerary Planning Fee and any miscellaneous fees are non-refundable and are in addition to the above cancellation fees.
