Client Comments

"Planning a big vacation half a world away can be a daunting task. I was hesitant at first working with a travel agency in a foreign country, all via email, not knowing if they were a reputable company. We invested a considerable amount of money in this trip and there was always a little bit of doubt and uncertainty that it would all come together as planned. When we arrived at our Auckland hotel, we had a very large packet of information waiting for us, and any remaining doubt about Experience New Zealand melted away. The packet was amazing; it had all of our booking confirmations and payment vouchers, an incredibly detailed itinerary including recommended restaurants, additional activities, directions, and when to call to confirm our bookings, a driving map of New Zealand with recommended routes, our ferry tickets, and additional helpful information. There was also a very large envelope full of activity brochures for all the areas we were visiting. Everything was so professional, organized and detailed. All of our accommodations were just amazing, with very pleasant surprises along the way. I cannot say enough about Experience New Zealand; Rachel Strahl was our agent and she was very attentive, professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Our 3-week trip was absolutely perfect in every way; I’m already thinking of our next trip and will not hesitate to contact Experience New Zealand again."
